I Wouldn’t Be Caught Dead Doing This Workout

I had enough trouble loosening up my inhibitions to do an interpretive dance routine when I took a dance class in college.  You won’t find me twisting and bending and doing weird moves like this, especially on a subway, LOL.
And knowing me, I’d probably get all tangled up in the springs anyway.
