Goals for today:
Do upper body supersets
Throw out the leftovers
Don’t step on the scale
Get to doing cardio again because I avoided it too many days in a row lately.
Dig myself out of this blue funk because right now I don’t feel like doing diddly squat but I hate that feeling. It makes me feel lazy and useless.

I have put my scale in the closet. It is on punishment and cannot come out until Dec. 5th. And that’s all I have to say about that!

Haha, the ‘dont step on the scale’ gave me quite the chuckle. hahaha. I missed out on thanksgiving this year, but Im gettin a lot of mexican food. I guess its about the same. gaining weight wise.
