					<description>Oh, gotta love the DOMSy days... The worst is when its the calves! Try a hot epsom salt soak and see if that helps loosen them up and recover a bit.</description>

					<description>Welcome to the wonderful world of DOMS! You'll come to love that feeling. FWIW while not cheating don't be afraid to up the good carbs a lil' today - your legs will thank you. Also, the next day before Leg Day do the same thing - have just a lil' more of those or a different variety (brown rice, sweet potato, etc). I find it helps me during the workout. Think of it as an excuse to have some brown rice sushi!</description>
