Day 4 again
Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites
coffee w/ skim (not part of diet)
Meal 2: 15 almonds
Meal 3: 5 oz. chicken
protein bar
1 tbs. peanut butter
Meal 4: Spinach salad w/ 1 tbs. olive oil and red wine vinegar
6 oz. lean ground turkey
Meal 5: 1 whole egg, 6 egg whites (thank god I like eggs)

I checked out Shannan’s site here. WOW! She has a hot physique! Her diet, coupled with her workouts, should have you in Ms. Olympia shape in no time! Ok… maybe not Ms. Olympia but maybe Jenny Lynn shape.
I’ll be interested in seeing your progress!
