Day 4 again

Meal 1:  2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites

coffee w/ skim (not part of diet)
Meal 2:  15 almonds

Meal 3:  5 oz. chicken

protein bar

1 tbs. peanut butter

Meal 4:  Spinach salad w/ 1 tbs. olive oil and red wine vinegar

6 oz. lean ground turkey

Meal 5:  1 whole egg, 6 egg whites (thank god I like eggs)

    I checked out Shannan’s site here. WOW! She has a hot physique! Her diet, coupled with her workouts, should have you in Ms. Olympia shape in no time! Ok… maybe not Ms. Olympia but maybe Jenny Lynn shape. :-) I’ll be interested in seeing your progress!
