Day 26

Early morning cardio 600 calories in less than 30 minutes

Breakfast:  1 whole egg, 3 egg whites

whole wheat toast

coffee w/ skim

Snack:  Apple

Lunch:  Salmon

broccoli

spinach salad w/ green peppers and almonds

Snack:  Banana

Dinner:  Homemade turkey burgers (no bun) smothered in sauteed mushrooms and onions

Sauteed, sliced green peppers
