Workout 5/21/07
Tuesday, May 22nd, 2007I’m still on Ripptoe’s but next week I’m going to begin the 5×5 program.My diet is becoming more serious because it summer finally. I will also start taking GreenMagnitude and PurpleWraath for my workouts, since I wasted my money on some CEE that didn’t even work.
My workout went ok. First I finally said screw it and went back to stage 1 with my squat form. I don’t care about how much weight is on there anymore I’m just looking to work my legs really great. So instead of 173 I only put 155 and I even had a hard time doing that, but it was with wonderful form! My bench is doing great! I was stuck at 138 for a while but I’m up to 143 now which is great because I’m repping it 5/5/4 for the first time! I read in M&F that sumo style deadlifts are great for legs and incooperate even more muscles than the ordinary deadlift so I tried it and man did I feel it!
