Guys i have decided to try out the Max O-T tyoe of training so if anyone is currently undertaking it please share the experience.

Yesterday was Shoulders…..hit the shoudlers from all angles DB Press , front raise, lateral raise, bent over raise and then hit the traps by Upright rows and Shrugs. The difference in my nest programme for 12 weeks starting in October would be decrease in rest time between sets of the same exercise to 1 mins. Tried it out starting yesterday and dammmmmn my shoulders were burning…release of lactic acid…enjoyed the pain…awesome
Today is biceps/triceps/foreamrs doing supersets …this should be a blast with 1 mins rest. I think lowering rest period really gives the pump and release of lactic acid.

Vegetarian diet today so eating alot of fruits and yoghurts…with protein shakes….oh and also sweet potato and beans for lunch i suppose.
