So I have noticed….
Saturday, February 9th, 2008How crazy my sleep schedule is, and I know that isn’t really good for my sleep cycle since my body needs at least 7 hours to complete the cycle sufficiently. I have tried to fix it so many times in the past, but it never stays consistent. My s/o doesn’t help either because his is worse than mine. I go from getting 9-10 hours of sleep to 5 hours and maybe a nap if I am lucky.
I think the fact that I don’t like sticking to any sort of schedule plays a part in it also, because it seems to monotonous to go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day (which a lot of people do).
