**02/24/08** One of my goals…
Sunday, February 24th, 2008So one of my goals has been to improve my flexibility and I gotta say I haven’t put much effort into it. Today I did some stretching after I got out of bed, but if I want to see some results I really got to try harder.
I also need to set a goal to be accomplished by a certain date
Sooooo I think that will be:
I want to be able to do a full split by the summer.
