The best way to achieve goals is to write them down and keep them somewhere that is easily accessible. I always tend to lose notebooks or just lose interest in writing in them when things get hectic…BUT this bodyblog is really convenient! I am always on this site and now I have record of my progress at my fingertips.
This year, not only am I working on my muscle mass, but also my flexibility. I am pretty flexible but not quite where I would like to be.
I think that life is about constantly learning and improving oneself, and you can’t really improve if you have no idea what you want. As I get older, the things I want become clearer and easier to obtain because I am not afraid to try and that in itself is half the battle.
The other thing I have realized over the years is to love myself and those around me unconditionally (not matter how hard that is sometimes) because YOU make your own reality and choose how you are going to react to your environment. You can’t change your environment but you can change the way you view it and how you let it affect you. It seems like common sense, but practicing it in this chaotic world is no easy task.
