04/30/09 **Training goals for the summer***

I have another photoshoot coming up this summer…Started doing more cardio to prep for it. Will be so nice to see some definition after a long winter! Not dropping my cals too much….Probably hold around 1800, and upping to 2000 a few days a week (lift days). No drinking for me though :( Can’t do the empty cals this time around.

    Good luck with the photo-shoot prep and well done with the dedication to stay off the drink. Everything in moderation i say :) God bless low-carb, low-alcohol drinks!
    Do you up the cals on lift days, is that to aid muscle growth?

    Yes sir :) Upping cals helps me lift heavier.
