04/30/09 **Training goals for the summer***
I have another photoshoot coming up this summer…Started doing more cardio to prep for it. Will be so nice to see some definition after a long winter! Not dropping my cals too much….Probably hold around 1800, and upping to 2000 a few days a week (lift days). No drinking for me though
Can’t do the empty cals this time around.

Do you up the cals on lift days, is that to aid muscle growth?

Upping cals helps me lift heavier.

These sound like some excellent and achievable goals! Keep up the hard work and never lose sight of them. Keep us posted on how the photo shoot goes — I know it will go great for you!
