Hurt my knee
On Friday 20th March 09….Hurts when I squat (even bodyweight)…Not sure if it is a sprain or something worse. Considering seeing a doctor.
**edit**Fri 27th March >>>Did a light leg day to test my knee, and there is no pain but I’m going to give it another week I think before I start adding some weight. Hopefully it was just a temporary thing

Did legs Tues 31st March and was able to do squats without a problem.

In case you want to take some time to build the muscle and get your form back with proper joint tracking, you may want to drop back to some beginner machine work (leg press, extension, curls, abduct/adduct) instead of pushing the squats for a little while.
