~~**02/24/09**~~ Random thoughts about diet

So I think I need to up my cals a bit…today I was ravenous and I hate that feeling…I was super busy today so I probably burned a lot more cals than usual (esp. since I don’t do any cardio).

Gonna throw in another meal, making it 7 total, from tmw.

~~02/15/09~~ Diet…

I’ve been eating about 2000 calories (only been entering it into fitday for a few days now because I used to eyeball it and guesstimate).

Trying to stay at this amount for about a month and see what happens. I’m ultimately trying to put on mass with minimal fat gains…And my maintenance is "supposed" to be about approximately 1950.

Gonna start my cutting diet at the beginning of April…I don’t plan on decreasing my cals, but I will start incorporating cardio into my routine. Although a lot can change between now and then!

Today I weighed in at 130 Pounds! I’m not going to get my hopes up just yet though until I weigh myself at least a few more times in the coming week, since I tend to fluctuate a bit.

I’m 80% recovered from the flu….My last workout was on Monday and I’m looking forward to training this coming Monday. I haven’t been doing any cardio lately because I want more than anything to gain weight. My short term goal is to get to 130 and then from there, possibly 135.

I’ve continuously been raising my cals mainly to increase the size of my legs…As always a work in progress.
Lately I have been having the urge to do some spin classes or something…Reading my old blogs reminded me that I wanted to keep up with the sprinting but the cold weather made it very unappealing! I am going to figure something else out because there are still quite a bit of winter weather left.

I think my gains are coming along nicely and I’ve tried to take some of the advice on the boards and keep my abs almost visible while putting on weight so that when I do decide to cut, I will not have to diet to drastically (and losing lots of muscle in the process).

Can’t wait for spring to get here :D Oh and a quick note to myself for next year, when winter rolls around START DOUBLING UP ON VIT. C and ZINC !!!

**Sick days….. Ohhh nooeeees!**

So the inevitable has happened…. All the sick people in school decide to come there and spread their germs around, instead of staying home to get better. Thankfully, I haven’t gotten sick since Jan 23rd 08 (it helps me to remember by blogging it lol). But I missed my workout tonight :( I usually do upper body or calves….I tried to take a nap but I had thoughts of Organic Chemistry spinning in my head, so much for that!
