My vacation for 2.5 weeks in the Caribbean was KICK A$$!!! I was able to work out for a little under 1 and a half weeks while I was there but then things got kicked up a notch around Christmas eve and I didn’t have time after that.
The usual thing that happens when I stop working out is that I instantly start losing weight…..UGH! So I have lost a few inches on various body parts and I have lost about 3 pounds (not sure if it is of muscle or fat or just water weight)….Even though I was VERY good about eating on time and eating enough calories. I even had lots of carbs and everything (desserts), so I was very surprised that I still lost weight/inches.
Going to kick my diet and training into high gear this year! Last year I made lots of great progress that I am very happy about…and each year I add to the muscle mass that I already have. I should see great gains since I have pretty much worked out what my body responds to and how to get to where I want to be.
