**11/01/08** One of my new goals
Well I have been saying to myself….Sprinters have amazing legs so they are obviously doing something right!Why not start sprinting also?
Today was my first day and I didn’t last very long but it was very satisfying to know that I’ve gotten past the procrastination and started training for it.
Hopefully as it gets colder, my motivation to get out there and run does not diminish.

I think this is a good plan to burn fat and cal…sprinters are LEAN
