CARDIO DAY wooooo!!!! *snickers*

I just got home from school and I am trying to drag myself to the gym. I only got 5 hours sleep last night. Gonna take an hour zzzz’s and hope that I have more energy after that. Stayed up late studying Trig and totally bombed the quiz…GAH!  My teacher looks like Mr. Mackey from South Park…. mmmmkay….. and he was put on this earth to torture me! He is totally cranky and anal retentive…someone needs to pack him a bong….
At least the italian panini that I am having right now is here to cheer up my day ;) MMmmMMmmm…..

I did arms and upper back today

My w/o consisted of Lat pull downs

Seated Cable Rows

Bicep curls and tricep pushdowns (not sure name for this lol)
Assisted pull ups

Shoulder press

And I tossed some hanging leg raises in there for good measure :)

So I have noticed….

How crazy my sleep schedule is, and I know that isn’t really good for my sleep cycle since my body needs at least 7 hours to complete the cycle sufficiently. I have tried to fix it so many times in the past, but it never stays consistent. My s/o doesn’t help either because his is worse than mine. I go from getting 9-10 hours of sleep to 5 hours and maybe a nap if I am lucky.
I think the fact that I don’t like sticking to any sort of schedule plays a part in it also, because it seems to monotonous to go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day (which a lot of people do).

Today I did HIIT cardio….5 minutes warmup and 15 minutes hardcore, ass to grass interval training…It gives a killer leg workout when I jack the resistance up really high.

*Disclaimer* never substitute weight training with cardio :p !
