**02/20/08** Leg day again! W/O
So does anyone notice that I am a bit biased! Well I am b/c I love working out my legs and my poor little arms get left behind
LoL….Slight exaggeration, but my lower body is where I tend to store most of my weight so my upper body is always leaner anyway.
As for cardio, running up and down 5 flights of stairs in the parking garage at school (with books in tow) has been the majority of my cardio, but I plan to start picking it up as the bikini months start approaching. Must build muscle first, then shed the fat! **drills that into my head**
People probably think I am crazy when I start skipping stairs and taking them 2 at a time. I should look at them and yell " FEEL THE BURN BABY" as I run by.
I am thrilled that I was able to 170 Donkey calf raises today!!! I know that isn’t much to you hardcores but to me that’s an accomplishment!

I am the same way with being biased towards my chest. Great cardio but try not to trip

Haha omg noooo tripping isn’t in my vocabulary! I have had so many close calls (not on the stairs though) in the past but my balance is pretty good thanks to years of ballet and gymnastics.
I was in the grocery store (wearing sandals) minding my own business, when one leg swooshed out from under me at full speed because of a grape…..
I was somehow able to maintain my balance before my mind even registered what was happening. That would have been a very painful!!!

Yes that would have hurt for sure. Keep up the hard work and watch out for grapes
