My w/o consisted of
Squats
Deadlifts
Donkey calf raises
Leg extensions and glute raises
Doh I forgot to do walking lunges
Oh well gonna go do them now lol!

Sweet! Sounds like you’ve got your workouts in good order looking at your past ones, too. Far to few gals have it in them to workout like you are. Keep at it and couple it with a clean diet and you’ll make your goals sooner than you know it

I hope so ^^ With school in full swing (my major is Biology) it is so hard to be consistent but I try hard!
