Wow Today I had a killer w/o with my P.T. She is training for a fitness comp. later this year and her body is in incredible shape and she worked out with me…it was so fun!
W/O
Squats
Walking Lunges
Leg Press
Leg Extensions
One Leg Ham Curls
And some Glut machine that kicked my glutes
Then I asked her to show me how to do Deadlifts in correct form…so she showed me Romanian Deadlifts and Straight legged Deadlifts.
Didn’t get to calves today because I was sooooo tired after doing all that. Guess I’ll do calves tomorrow.
I’m going to be sooo sore tmw.
