Today was Cardio day! I did 15 mins of HIIT and 10 mins on the bike.
The HIIT kicked my butt!!! I tried one of the new machines, which is like the newer version of the stepper….I don’t think I have done such an intense cardio workout. I really liked it though…definitely doing that again
My next cardio day is set for Monday since my legs are going to be sore on Sunday.
