My food choices were not terrific today, but hey could be worse right
?
Breakfast -
I had egg, bacon, cinnamon raisin bagel and water
Brunch-
3 F.F CC pancakes (lol when I got home my hubby just woke up so I had breakfast again)
Lunch-
a rotisserie Chicken leg and half an Italian Panini
Snack-
Tangarine and Salad (broccoli, tomato, and greens)
Dinner-
1 fillet of Tilapia and a sweet potato
Supplements:
Multi and 2 fish oil tabs
