I have another photoshoot coming up this summer…Started doing more cardio to prep for it. Will be so nice to see some definition after a long winter! Not dropping my cals too much….Probably hold around 1800, and upping to 2000 a few days a week (lift days). No drinking for me though
Can’t do the empty cals this time around.

So I had my bodyfat read last night…I’m currently approx. 17.5 which isn’t bad because last time I had it read after Christmas bingefest it was 20%. I’m totally aware of the inaccuracy of these tests but hey, at least the numbers are going down.
I’m currently try to lose the tiny bit of fat right under my belly button, which according to a good trainer I need some slow state cardio in my routine.

So I had a photo shoot today and was lucky enough to have an amazing photographer who told me that he wouldn’t mind helping me put together a portfolio
Everything else was just perfect! The weather was beautiful, the make up artist did an amazing job….I could really see myself doing that as a career or at least a side job. It was so fun! Downside, I didn’t get to eat lunch so I went about 6-7 hours without eating. Couldn’t have anything stuck in my teeth during the shoot lol!
Anyway, I **may** post some of the pictures when I get them BUT they were for a dentist’s website so they are all headshots….

On Friday 20th March 09….Hurts when I squat (even bodyweight)…Not sure if it is a sprain or something worse. Considering seeing a doctor.
**edit**Fri 27th March >>>Did a light leg day to test my knee, and there is no pain but I’m going to give it another week I think before I start adding some weight. Hopefully it was just a temporary thing

So I think I need to up my cals a bit…today I was ravenous and I hate that feeling…I was super busy today so I probably burned a lot more cals than usual (esp. since I don’t do any cardio).

I’ve been eating about 2000 calories (only been entering it into fitday for a few days now because I used to eyeball it and guesstimate).
Trying to stay at this amount for about a month and see what happens. I’m ultimately trying to put on mass with minimal fat gains…And my maintenance is "supposed" to be about approximately 1950.
Gonna start my cutting diet at the beginning of April…I don’t plan on decreasing my cals, but I will start incorporating cardio into my routine. Although a lot can change between now and then!

Today I weighed in at 130 Pounds! I’m not going to get my hopes up just yet though until I weigh myself at least a few more times in the coming week, since I tend to fluctuate a bit.
