So I see the napalm extravaganza that is going on at the moment on this forum, so I did some research of my own.
Not to be a naysayer or anything, but I am really not impressed with what I saw from

To be honest, the before or after pictures just look like sedentary people started doing cardio and then all of a sudden, they lost bodyfat (*WHAT A SHOCKER! Cardio reduces bodyfat!*)
Some of the guys look exactly the same before and after give or take a few grams of fat…but nothing to rave about…
I am watching the log in the women’s supplement section, because they seem to be making more progress than the *testers.* So hopefully I am proven wrong

So today was my machine leg day… Did inner/outer thighs, Leg curls for hams and quads (2 diff machines) and of course, my favorite, calves! My hams were still a bit sore from my free weight w/o on Sat. so I was gentle with them
Seems like I forgot to post my w/o on Sat. Doh! Oh well /spanks self

Upper body/Arm Day Boooo :p Lol Jk! My upper body needs its turn to be brutalized by my crazy workouts. Just downed some whey about to down some NO in 30 mins and then off I go

Today I did 20 mins of cardio and it was fun
I felt the burn since I did legs yesterday! Gonna have trouble walking tomorrow YAY!
