Daily Workout Status

Everyone is Welcome to discuss their daily workout routine, I will keep everyone posted on what i have done for the day and hope that you will also participate with me. Thanks and train hard to the fullest of your abilities and always stay dedicated!!

    Thursday 11th 2009 Im doing a 2 a day today..workout upper body first then a little cardio along with some leg workouts.

    Thurs..of my 2 a day..so far my 1st workout lasted for about 45mins…Ive done 3 sets of 12 on two different grip positions.. close hand and normal on the flat bench press (225lbs), dumbell alternate curls 10 each arm (3sets), cable curls 3sets of 10 (90lbs) standing single hand cable curls 3sets of 10 (50lbs), also some tricep workouts here and there cause i was bored so yea..Ill be headed to to my 2nd half of my 2 a day soon.
