Planned on doing some cardio and lifting for arms today. They have a new time for a hard core advanced spin class. Decided to do that. The instructor was kinda cute. That helped with some of the Sunday motivation. LOL. I will do arms tomorrow. Good times!

Saturday 08/01/2009:
Standing Barbell Shoulder Press: 4 Sets of 4 Reps with 135lbs
Shoulder Shrugs: 4 Sets of 4-5 Reps with 400lbs
Bench Press: 4 Sets of 4-5 Reps with 165lbs-185lbs
Cable Cross Over: 4 Sets of 10 with 35lbs
* No more then 1 minute rest in between each set
Tomorrow the focus will be 30-45 min of hard core cardio and I will hit arms.
