I had a visit yesterday from figure competitor Alicia Renee Harris for her photo shoot. And a better photo shoot it could not have been...

Alicia is out here from her home in Illinois with her next stop being the stage at the Europa in Dallas this weekend. But I always really enjoy learning about people and how they get into lifting and make it to the stage for figure bodybuilding or fitness or whatever they do in life. Alicia comes from a family of athletes, the Olympics, football, tennis, actually I lost track of all the sports and who did what. But you can sure see the genetics in Alicia of a family that does not sit around on the couch all day!
