Did you eat it? All 2000 calories and 150 grams of fat?

Well I didn’t, nor did I chow down this burger and fries. Long since on my do not eat list.

But there is a great story about the worst burgers in America on Yahoo Health today…

"Chili’s Smokehouse Bacon Triple-The-Cheese Big Mouth Burger with Jalapeno Ranch Dressing
2,040 calories
150 g fat (53 g saturated)
110 g protein
4,900 mg sodium"

Bad stuff! Check it out, there are some interesting details to go with that burger and others.

    Isn’t amazing how more calories than are in the "average diet" can be packed into one burger? No wonder I like ‘em so much when I’m bulking lol!

    Lol sometimes you may have to "cheat" a little when trying to bulk up. Eating that one burger may not be exactly healthy but its got what you need.
