I am at the beach for tomorrow’s bodybuilding competition at Muscle Beach. And it is shaping up to be a big fun day. Lot’s of competitors from around everywhere including Dean Ash who came from England to do the show. Here he is doing an exhibition preview today for the crowd.

There will be a big Labor day crowd at the beach for the end of the Summer, all the Venice Beach color and excitement. And… I happen to know MTV will be at the show doing something special. So come on out and join the fun. And look for me and say Hi!

I have been lucky over the years to have been a photographer for the Special Olympics of Southern California. When we talk about the things we overcome with working out and changing our bodies most of us don’t come close to what these very special athletes overcome.
