After a brief fling with Figure Competition, Cathy is back doing what she does best, training and appearing on stage as a top women’s bodybuilder. Always a top finisher and now approaching 36 years old, I think Cathy is really coming in to her prime. She looks good, she is having fun and training like she likes to train.

These are a couple of quick photos from Saturday. Cathy is only a few weeks out from the Sacramento and then the Arnold. I can’t help but think that her brief time competing in Figure was really beneficial to her. She appears much more symmetrical to me and very visually aesthetically pleasing. That means she looks hot! So until you see Cathy LeFrancois on stage soon, watch for her around the Iron Man Pro and FitExpo and say hi.
