JAYYYYY CUTLERRRRR!

Is it Jay or a Jay look a like? Actually it is Jay who is getting around to a huge number of personal appearances around the country.

Jay

The reigning Mr. O is doing his best to get out there and shake hands and meet people. And wow does this guy draw a crowd! Do not think for one second that this guy is sitting home munching chips and beer. Jay is looking good and has that big smile for everyone. I had the chance to really watch him with his fans and the guy is pleasant and a regular guy with everyone. So congrats Jay and good work keeping up the ambassdorship for the sport!

Do body builders go into the Schools. Not all children are able to do running, and other gym lessons being forced on them. But they my be good at weight lefting. They just need someone they can look up to. To help them. If I had someone in Public School and High School who could see that I was no good in gym class. But might be good at Body Building. I would not have the wieght problems I do now. There are children and teens who do look up to body builders (both men and women) So if you are a body builder and you see a over wieght child or teen you might just be there hero?

Don… what you are thinking is good. Personally I don’t know about any programs like that. But I am somewhat a product of learning weight training very early on as a pilot program in public school at the age of 12 because of an injury that kept me from running etc. While I have had my own weight problems through my adult life, it did shape my knowledge and abilities to work through it.
