Optimum 100% casein protein before bed and workouts, and Optimum Whey protein immediately after workouts. You only need a MAX of 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight to build muscle. Make sure you’re also drinking at least 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces of water every day.
Muscle milk does NOT have a high amount of carbohydrates, and Muscle milk should NOT be taken by someone trying to decrease fat calories and overall caloric intake.
If you’re looking to decrease bodyfat, decrease dietary fat. DO NOT drastically decrease carbohydrate intake.
CLA is a decent antioxidant, but has absolutely no scientific evidence to support the claim that it will decrease bodyfat
I’ve tried many - Scivation whey hands down! High quality, great taste and less expensive. I like Optimum but only use their casein protein now (since Scivation doesn’t have a casein protein).
