Stalling
Sunday, November 8th, 2009Well it seems I’ve hit a plateau. I’ve been hovering between 148 and 150 - up and down up and down. My body really doesn’t seem to want to leave the 50’s. Too bad.
So I’m going to go on the Keto diet. This diet will, actually, be a bit more lenient than my current one as I will get a cheat/carb up day on the weekends so that will help with cravings (and me going completely insane). So far I’ve had no cheat days (except for the occassional insane crack up where I cackle manically as I eat an old half eaten cookie), so this will be a relief.
Low carb tortilla = ****load of delicious burritos. I am stoked.
And the keto recipe section is looking to be very helpful as well.
Oh and I think I’m back down a size in the pants (never know it could just be those particular pants, but hey I’ll take it lol)
Now for the quest of almond flour and other low carb rarities..
