Training
So with a new year comes a new program, which I’m sure a lot you have decided to do. I’ve changed my workout to four exercises from the original five and now I’m doing 5 sets of ech exercise instead of four. I have to admit, that over the holidays got a little on the lazy side and actually lost five pounds. I’ve been very consistent as of January 1st, I have worked out every day so far in the new year for the exception of one day and have put on seven pound since the new year with my new program. My job has actually given me a promotion since the new year so here comes the extra work. So on days when I work in the morning from 7am - 3pm I go work out around 4:30 and on the days I’m off I work out in the morning at 10:00, so far I think I’m balancing the two well. So thats what keeping me busy in 2008 thus far.
