My routine as of June 18th, 2010
One day i do Bi's and Tri's, and the next day i do Chest, Shoulders, and Abs. People tell me that i should get more rest in-between workouts, but i don't feel any pain after a days rest. Is this something I should change?
Bi's/Tri's
Biceps-
35lb hammer curls 3 sets (x20)
35lb alternating curls 3 sets (x20)
30lb incline curls 3 sets (x10)
Triceps-
65lb dumbell skull crushers 3 sets (x15)
Tri-Dips 3 sets (x15)
60lb Tri-Pull downs 3 sets (x12)

Chest-
185lb barbell press 3 sets (x8)
155lb barbell press 3 sets (x8)
50lb dumbell press 3 sets (x10)
30lb dumbell chest flys 3 sets (x10)
Shoulders-
65lb shrugs 3 sets(x25)
20lb shoulder flys 3 sets(x10)
150lb shoulder press 3 sets (x10)

45lb weighted side sit ups 3 sets (x25)
Inverted sit ups 3 sets (x50)
150lb resistance sit ups 3 sets(25)

So thats my workout routine. For supplements i take a basic whey protein powder from gnc, and a creatine powder. I try and eat a meal high in protein every 3 hours. Anything i should change?
