I’ve been experimenting with a what i call raise sets, im sure they are called somthing else. Instead of droping weight each time, i raise the weight and lower the reps. Ive done this with bicepts, and tricepts, and shoulders. It gives me an amazing pump and i like the intensity. I do three raises per set non-stop, so ultimatly i do 9 sets per exercise. Its very hard, but i like how it feels. Feel free to ask questions about my routines.

I now have begun my first phase pre-contest diet. Since i do have a bit of fat on my body i am doing a 2 phase diet, the first 20 weeks till Dec. are the following.
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oat, 6 egg whites
Meal 2: 1 Fillet Tilapia, 1/2 brown rice
Meal 3: 1 can plain tuna, 8oz sweet potato
Meal 4: 2 Fillets Tilapia, 8oz sweet potato, 1/2 cup rice, pre-work out
Meal 5: 2 cans plain Tuna, Steamed Veg, Protein Shake
Meal 6: 1 Fillet Tilapia
This is what i will be on for the first 20 weeks or until i hit 12% BF, which ever comes first.
After the first phase i will begin the second which will be a bit more intense for show prep. No cheat meals Im still developing the phase 2 diet i will have to see how this one affects my body.
