<p>Ever since i can remember i ve been working out in the house, pull ups, push ups, aerobics, and lately started on different ab exercises too.</p>
<p>I ve been in and out of routines, sometimes i never did have a routine, i just do them when i have time or when i feel like&#8230; mostly i feel laaaaazy to do them..</p>
<p>Lately i started some hardcore routines, and now its like getting me addicted to working out! now i wanna take this to the next level <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' />  maybe start going to the gym, use weights and take supplements&#8230;</p>
<p>anywayss&#8230;.. got any comments, or advice or stories of your &quot;1st day at the gym&quot; feel free to write!!</p>
