					<description>It's recommended that you take 1 gram of Protien per body pound you weigh. say you weigh 160 pounds...it's recommended that you take in 160 grams of protien per day. Thats food and shakes combind. Thats just a simple rule...you have to play with it to see what works best for you. Listen to your body!

					<description>Oh man, I'll share a story of my first day at the gym. I had already lost 29 pounds at home, and finally gained the confidence to GO TO the gym (at that time I weighed in at 371lbs). I took my little 'sample workout' sheet from the personal trainer and hit it 'hard'. I struggled through my workout, puked, and then did my cardio which consisted of 4 laps walking around the 1/12 mile track. I literally cried that day, not because I was sad but because I knew I wouldn't be that way for much longer. Now, another 81 pounds lost later, I still go to that same gym. :D</description>
