can anyone help me out with my supplementary issue.
I just started using Whey protein, i was wondering how often and how much in quantity should i take the protein shake(per day)?
please help me out!

It’s recommended that you take 1 gram of Protien per body pound you weigh. say you weigh 160 pounds…it’s recommended that you take in 160 grams of protien per day. Thats food and shakes combind. Thats just a simple rule…you have to play with it to see what works best for you. Listen to your body!
