1ST day at the gym….
honestly people….. i have never been to a gym…. lol well i have been to gyms, but not actually worked out at the gyms.. maybe shocking or maybe not.. but i have neither used weights or any supplements.
Ever since i can remember i ve been working out in the house, pull ups, push ups, aerobics, and lately started on different ab exercises too.
I ve been in and out of routines, sometimes i never did have a routine, i just do them when i have time or when i feel like… mostly i feel laaaaazy to do them..
Lately i started some hardcore routines, and now its like getting me addicted to working out! now i wanna take this to the next level
maybe start going to the gym, use weights and take supplements…
anywayss….. got any comments, or advice or stories of your "1st day at the gym" feel free to write!!

Oh man, I’ll share a story of my first day at the gym. I had already lost 29 pounds at home, and finally gained the confidence to GO TO the gym (at that time I weighed in at 371lbs). I took my little ’sample workout’ sheet from the personal trainer and hit it ‘hard’. I struggled through my workout, puked, and then did my cardio which consisted of 4 laps walking around the 1/12 mile track. I literally cried that day, not because I was sad but because I knew I wouldn’t be that way for much longer. Now, another 81 pounds lost later, I still go to that same gym.
