I created a template in Excel to help me determine my daily nutritional requirements, as well as tell me how much of each macronutrient I have left for the day. It follows a ratio of 2g carbs/lb bodyweight, 1.5g protein/lb bodyweight, and .5g fat/lb bodyweight. These numbers can be adjusted based on your needs/results. Basically all you do is enter your bodyweight, and it will give your required daily total for carbs, proteins, and fats. You then just enter the amounts you eat in the respecive columns, and it will tell you how much you have left for the day. There is also a column that breaks your daily total into 6 meals as a guide. Hope someone finds this useful - let me know if you end up using it.

edit: Here’s the link to download it: http://www.tsunami-fx.com/BULK_TEMPLATE.xls
