OK so here we are a few months later and I can tell I have made progress… and yet I wonder…
I go to the gym and go through my routines, my gains are still coming but they are a bit slower now I suppose that could be progress…
I hit the weights and lift until failure but afterward I don’t feel I worked as hard as I could have. This concerns me a bit. How can I go workout out to the point where I simply cannot move the weight and yet feel as thought I didn’t even work that hard not long after? I would consider changing up my routine but I’m still making gains so I don’t think I’ve plateaued.
Another thing is size. I want to believe that I should be a bit further along. My tummy proves to remain stubborn and the rest of me seems to want to growing.
All the while growing up I have outweighed everyone else my height, weight, and build by about 20lbs. Even now people seem surprised when they find out I weigh 200lbs.
So now I wonder is it then possible to have muscle that is both dense (explaining the weight) while also being lean (explaining the current difficulty gaining size).
So I suppose this would be the new news. More to follow. Doc Out.

So I started my new workout program last night and so for I feel pretty good about it. I focuses on the big 3 (squats, bench, and deadlift) doing 3 reps for 10 sets max weight. Then on the alternate days you work all the reinforcing auxilery muscles for the more traditional 10 reps for 3 sets.
Oh yeah I should probably mention that bb.com got me my supps in only 6 days (that’s ordered on a Sunday night here and arrived here on Saturday). These guys are freaking amazing. I’m already making my list for want I want next haha.
The No Xplode seems kinda tame at about a scoops and a half think I’ll up it to 2 or more. The Blue Ras flavor is not what I was haping for though is seems to be growing on me some. Maybe I’ll try another flavor next time. The Scifit Protein is tastier than I imagined though I found if you use all the water they call for, the mix is very watered down, so I short it some. I also thought the Halo is pretty tasty as well, though it smells funny to me. I started with only 1 scoop as recommended but I think I’ll be upping to 2 here as well.

I just ordered my first set of supps today. Word around here is that I can expect them in about 5 days. I ordered BSN NO Xplode, Scifit Whey Isolate, and out of curiosity I orderd some MuscleTech Halo. I hope it gets here before I run out of the Nitro Tech and the Nano X9 sample, run out. I am not new to fitness but I am new to lifting so if anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
