I’m training now for the Nationals qualifier that takes place July 18th in Arizona.
I switched up training routines and supplements but still eating the same if not more.
I picked up about 28 lbs I’m still lean and vascular. I incorporated a lot more strip sets (drop sets) and supersets in my routines and lifting heavier. Lifting until complete muscle failure.

Well it has actually been a year since I last wrote in my blog. I’ve been really busy with training others, working on music projects, and working. I didn’t leave much time for myself.
Well I’m back "at it again." I trimmed some fat in my personal life so I can get back to training myself for competitions next year.
Well I’ve done my two weeks of warming up and today (12/8/08) starts off my gaining mass phase.
Eating:
I will be taking in approximately 4500 to 5000 calories a day (ugh!)
eating 5 times a day.
Supplements:
I will be using Cel-Tech creatine after each workout and taking a weight gainer shake twice a day which consists of a thousands calories. Once in the morning and one in the evening.
I will be posting up pictures of the beginning stage documenting my progess soon.
