As I sit here looking at your pages, I run accross a brothers or a sisters page who has boots on the ground in Iraq or Afganistan.  I would like to say to all of you who provide the blanket of protect my wife and kids and sleep under, thank you for your service. For yes I do serve but not in the capacity in which you do.  Tomorrow marks the 7th anneversary of the gravest attack on America. Please take the time to reflect, and pray for those who’s wounds haven’t healed and continue to be affected by that senseless attack.  The American way of life may have changed subtley that day but what will never change is what we stand for. FREEDOM!!!!!

Just got done with a 20.  Finished in 2 hours thirteen minutes.  First instinct is to eat any and everything I can but I wont. I had fun but I dont need to ruin everything

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  Now its time to shift focus to those in the Gulf Coast who are once again being hit with a powerful Hurricane. I hope you all are safe.  I have you in my prayers and my brothers and sister who will be responding for the humanitarian effort.  Be safe and I wish I was there with you.
