Back Workout
Yesterday I pulled my bicep doing weight pull ups. One would think I would take some time off from lifting to heal up. No I, I work through pain. Today I didn’t go heavy therefore I didn’t have to incorporate my biceps into the pull. And what a workout I still had. It was tough to not go heavy but I still like the results. There was still a nice burn. The only think that aggrevated me was the a-hole who didn’t notice I was super setting Seat Rows with Lat Pulldowns and he took the mach. Damn rookie, got to love them though I was once that guy so I let him be for his 4 set in exactly 2 minutes. Hope you all had nice days today.
