Well 2 months have past since I have done anything remotely physical. I should be happy about the holidays but all the food just makes me misrable cause I give into all the temptations. Tonight will mark the end of the dreaded holiday food season for me and if it is not all gone I’ll be throwing it out. Time to hit it hard before 09 comes that way im in full swing on New years day already working on the resolution. Have a wonderful day.

As I sit here looking at your pages, I run accross a brothers or a sisters page who has boots on the ground in Iraq or Afganistan. I would like to say to all of you who provide the blanket of protect my wife and kids and sleep under, thank you for your service. For yes I do serve but not in the capacity in which you do. Tomorrow marks the 7th anneversary of the gravest attack on America. Please take the time to reflect, and pray for those who’s wounds haven’t healed and continue to be affected by that senseless attack. The American way of life may have changed subtley that day but what will never change is what we stand for. FREEDOM!!!!!

Yesterday I pulled my bicep doing weight pull ups. One would think I would take some time off from lifting to heal up. No I, I work through pain. Today I didn’t go heavy therefore I didn’t have to incorporate my biceps into the pull. And what a workout I still had. It was tough to not go heavy but I still like the results. There was still a nice burn. The only think that aggrevated me was the a-hole who didn’t notice I was super setting Seat Rows with Lat Pulldowns and he took the mach. Damn rookie, got to love them though I was once that guy so I let him be for his 4 set in exactly 2 minutes. Hope you all had nice days today.

I dont know but after leg pressing 1400 lbs today for 2 sets of 5 I figure i would reward myself. But once again I over ate. Will it hurt me? I don’t know I do have chest day tomorrow and spinning class in the pm so I figure if I eat good tomorrow I’ll make up for it. But, its good to treat you body right or bad every now and then? Take care I hope everyone had a safe weekend.
