sup bodyspace, i’m back on it again after another injury. i took a spill off my atv and had to have some repair work done to my left elbow. I have been keeping up with my cardio but my weight training has suffered greatly. anyway i’m back and i hope i stay healthy this time!!!!!!

sup bodyspace, i’m back after a lower back injury. the two week layoff almost killed me, but i stayed focused and continued to eat clean. i have alot of work to do to make up for the lost time.

Sup bodyspace, my workout really sucked tonight, i dont know if it was just a bad day or the fact that i did cardio at 5 a.m., but i do know i’m taking hydroxycut hardcore out of my supp regimen. All it does is give me the shakes, a headache, and stomach cramps. Screw fat burners, i think they are all just hype, they always advertise amazing results but if you look at the fine print it states "these results not typical" !!! I’m just going to do it the old fashion way, and bust my ass on my stationary bike and treadmill, but I’m probably going to switch back to using NanoVapor as a preworkout supp, that stuff is really hardcore and it doesn’t seem to affect me negatively. Any insight is welcome!!!

i took a detox supplement last night and it knocked me down to 307. I only wish burning fat was this easy, but ever little bit helps to get my weight loss jumpstarted

Sup bodyspace, its only day 3 of week 1 of my 25 week challenge. Considering the short period of time, i have made some considerably decent progess. my cardio capacity seems to be expanding faster than expected. i really have to push myself when it comes to cardio, because i hate it. i love to weight train but i hate cardio, but it is the only way to lose all this damn fat. weight of the day: 308.4 lbs.
