This week has been a solid week as far as my cardio and lifts go and I am starting to see some positive changes. I am more motivated than ever!! Work Hard ….Demand Results. Have a great day everyone. Thanks to all of those who dropped me a line to support my progress. Please continue….it helps.

There’s nothing better than getting up and having a great cardio session before breakfast!! Had a great lift this morning as well and I am finally under the 300 pound mark after many days of hard work and frustration. I’m more motivated than ever to keep going and my next goal is to get down to 275.

Hi. I am looking for a good nutritional plan to meet my personal goals…(to drop body fat while increasing my lean muscle mass). Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated especially if this is your specialty. Thanks.
