And it’s on for the Mito/XT log… I cannot wait… I was going to start today, but wanted to clean up my diet in it’s entirety and be 100% good to go for the log…
Other than that things are going amazingly… I can start to see my upper abs coming through!… And arms and legs are really getting lean…
Well off to finish my taco salad… Later!

Or read, chat, whatever!
So welcome strangers. It’s been a bit, but for the most part everything is on schedule… I’ve missed the past 2 workout days due to family commitments…
I have been reading my Mitotropin log, and am seriously considering changing my diet… I do love keto, but I want to do everything by what they recommend so I can give an honest log… I will continue to do the 2 - a - days on cardio, as that is what is recommended.. No biggy there…
Now my workouts will be a little bit different… It will be 4 on 1 off schedule, that isn’t quite a FBW, but does work more than 1 major muscle group.
That being said, I’m off to work on some logs in prep for my Feb 1st Mitotropin Log… I want to try and make sure I really log everything possible to ensure I am not short-handing my log at all…
Well stay warm everyone, and ttys!

No catchy title today!… I barely feel like writing this… A great thing about Southeastern VA is the fluctuation in temps… In the past we’ve had weeks that would jump or drop 20-30 degrees in a day… Definitely no consistency…
Maybe thats the reason I am sick, who knows… But I was able to get to the gym and get a nice back workout in before this came in to kick my *ss!… I’ve really getting down the cutting sort of workouts… Like for dumbbell presses for example… I’ll start w/ like 60lbs per to warm up, do that 15-25 times… Then jump to 100, as that’s the biggest we have… I’ll get like 8-10 of those… And make sure I get a really wicked stretch at the bottom, my newest add in to my workouts, as I’ve been sorta lacking in doing that… Tne at top really squeezing… I’ll jump right down to 80lbs, do the same, down to 60, and then 40… By 40 I’ve worked up a wicked sweat, burning sucks, but pushing forward… Then I’ll give me a little rest, and off to flies to do the same…
Since doing that sort of workout, I am really seeing things come through… Plus I am sure the diets helping… My Mitotropin/Nova XT should be in on Monday, as well as the rest of my goodies… Trying to stock up on stuff!… Trying to take advantage of deals, to keep costs down…
Well theraflu time and hopefully I can wake up rested, healthy, and ready for a wicked arm day!… I love arm days!…

Haha, corny Kurt Angle!…
But it’s really happening… Here’s a little post I made to my Transformation Team #1:
"Today was a wicked day for me, but in a great way…
1st, weighed in at 254 today, and second tried on some clothes I haven’t touched in who knows how long, and yup some fit… Not all, so still have more work to do, oh well…
I was shooting to be in the 240’s by Feb, but think I may change that to be 245 or lower… I’m really pushing myself and it’s paying off… Workouts just seem to click, energy is there, cardio is pretty much second nature, and even the keto diet is down…
I hope all you guys that silent out there are doing just as well…
Keep on track guys, we’re gonna knock this outta the park!… Off to get meal 6 in and lazy time!… Later!"
So this is awesome… Everything is going perfectly, even better than I had expected… I don’t plan on letting up at all, but actually kicking it up a notch… I have more in me, so why not give it all I got!…
I know I am supposed to go to sleep to night but I am too ramped… Things are going great… I cannot wait to totally clean up my diet and start Mitotropin/Novadex XT… I’m really hoping and praying this can take my cut to the next level…
Well everyone off to chill… Take care!

So now I am getting sick… And to top that off it will be in the teens here tomorrow, unheard of… So nose has been runnning more that I have, it sucks… I’m getting ready to down some theraflu and bundle up, and hope that I can sweat it out or something…
But other than that, had a great shoulder workout… I don’t see what I was thinking in the past, that my shoulders got enough workout by working chest and back… But glad to see I’ve turned a page, and have been able to throw in quite the training regiment…
It’s also great seeing my size go down, yet getting stronger, that’s awesome… I’ve got roughly 5-6lbs, and I will be in the 240’s!… I cannot wait… My goal is to do this by Feb 1st, but I see this happening this upcoming week… Once the 1st comes along the diet is really getting cleaned up… Time to start eating plan meats and veggies… But it’s all good, it’s pretty routine now…
Well everyone, stay warm, stay healthy, and keep on keepin’ on… haha!… Later!

Haha, couldnt think of a title and that came to my head… Yea, I have issues!
Anyways, today was great on like 32 1/2 different levels… First off, getting word that I was picked for the Gaspari Nutrition Mititropin/Novadex XT 30-day log was a wicked feeling… Now I wanna get some more weight down, so when my log begins 1FEB, I’ll be able to give them some better results… From what I’ve heard from others, this is a revolutionary new product that’s in a class of its own, and I cannot wait to see what results I can achieve w/ the help of Gaspari Nutrition.
Next it was a back day… And well those are by far my favorite… Everything seemed to click… And now w/ trying to do a cut of sorts workout, I started heavy and low-reps, and finished out lighter w/ 12-15 reps, really holding and squeezing the reps… The lighter weights were much more difficult, especially w/ concentration on really squeezing… But it was an awesome workout… Now let’s keep the rest about that level…
Afterwards I got my 30 minutes on the treadmill outta the way. I can really see the size of my body decreasing, and even more the fat dwindling away… My shoulders and chest are really starting to come in, even my legs… But best of all my arms are really making their way there… The vascularity when getting good pumps in, well is amazing…
Anyways off to get me some good rest in… And back to the grind tomorrow… GOnna get back to 2-a-days on cardio…

So I’ve never been one to enjoy leg workouts… I wish I was 5′6"… haha… Anyways knocked out a great day today, and legs were freaking burning… Did some really low intensity on the treadmill, and I would have died on the elliptical…
Anyways I’ve decided to canx the Muscletech deal… I mean I’m not taking their items, and I really do not see any of their products that I could mix in w/ my semi-stack to where I would benefit… Plus the gouging, no thanks… I’m still motivated to do this things and get in the best shape of my life… Oh wait, I’m there lol… But I truly want to compete in a Natty show… There’s on in may, but that being like 18 weeks out, I just see that being reasonable… It’s still my goal though… Figure if I plan, and commit, I’ll do it… So I may not be show ready, I won’t stop pushing forward w/ the oh, I have more time mindset…
Well cottage cheese down!… I’m getting used to it… a pinch of splenda sure helps!…
Be strong everyone, push past that next hurdle, and prepare yourself for the next.. Don’t quit!…

Okay, maybe not… It sure has it’s perks… But at times it’s really tough when you have 2-kids and a long-term girlfriend to get all the training and meals in I’d like… Actually meals are okay, but training sometimes has to take the 3rd-wheel…
I was really stoked on Sunday to test out the Keto 2-days, but that obviously didn’t happen… I’m still going strong getting to the gym everyday, but I think it’s wearing on the gf… She has her little quirks and comments… Oh well… She’s known for years how I’ve wanted to compete, and now that the drive is there, well is gonna have to deal w/ it… …

Is it possible, we shall find out…
I hit a wicked shoulder day earlier today and will be back to the gym around 6 do a heavy chest workout w/ a friend… We’ve both been holding back on presses as we don’t have a spotter, so it will be nice to have one to get some nice heavy reps in…
I’ll post back in a bit on the success/fail of this… Since my morning workout, I had my PWO Shake, Plain Chicken w/ 1 sandwich-sized piece of pepperoni and about 1/4 cup of cheese, 1 cup of broccoli. And then 2- 1/4# beef patties, 4 slices of bacon, two slices of cheese, and 1 cup of green beens… No major carbs in there, but hoping my greens keep me pumped….
To be continued…
