This was the best chest workout I have had since my pec tear. NO PAIN and the intensity was BRUTAL. I was pumped, full, and super sexy. My chest was fuller than Pamela Anderson Lee’s implants. It was so pumped, I lactated and it hit the mirror! It was so pumped that I had veins in my nipples! My gyno exploded and injured an innocent bystander. But seriously, what a PUMP! I am now bigger, leaner and HAPPIER than when I was competing and I am STILL DIETING STRICTLY! YES! The perfect world!

ARMS IN DALLAS

CRUSHED THEM! Since my prep is over, I am going heavy! And watch out for BIG ASS TRICEPS FINALLY! I am able to do close grip bench press as my chest is GOOD! Time to GROW!

Man, I am eating PERFECT and am ready to bring my physique up. Next week, I am in Los Angeles all week and will report from there. It will be awesome! New Gyms almost everyday and life in a hotel. What a pimpin’ life! LOL.

DAMN MY LEGS ARE SORE! I am also still getting leaner. 188lbs and my water level is still a mess from last weekend. Once I even out, it will be nice! I am flying to Dallas today, so I got a nice shoulder and trap workout in. I crushed it and WOW, my legs hurt from yesterday!

This was the first time since I tore my pec that I got heavy and NASTY with this weak ass chest! I tore it up and then tore it up some more. I was PUMPED! Then, I hit these weak tris and abs and this is after my morning cardio for 45 minutes. LEAN MASS TIME!

Okay, chest is done today and I got one hell of a pump, even with nothing in my system but vasocharge and Xtend. Did a ton of Hanging Leg Raises and Decline Situps to condition the abs to stay TIGHT on Saturday. I am dry and hard this morning….NOT what I expected when water and salt loading!

Cardio was done 45 minutes PRE and 20 minutes POST workout and I have another session on tap for this afternoon.

I woke up at 188 this morning. ONE POUND lighter and this is with a salt and water load! My fat loss is outpacing my water gain!

I did my FINAL leg workout today and it consisted of 10 sets of squats, Leg Curls, Leg Press, LUNGES with 135 for 2 sets of 30 WALKING, Calf Raise Superset with Hanging leg raise, Leg Extensions and then Decline Situps to failure.

I am hard, dry, and HUNGRY! Prep week is worth it, but it is quite the bitch! My plan is to stay in the office until 1pm, go home for a little nap, work for 2 hours, evening cardio, then finish up work until 11pm or so. Unfortunately, my family time will take a backseat Monday thru Wednesday this week, but they understand. Thursday is and off day as is Friday to get primed for the big show!
