This was the best chest workout I have had since my pec tear. NO PAIN and the intensity was BRUTAL. I was pumped, full, and super sexy. My chest was fuller than Pamela Anderson Lee’s implants. It was so pumped, I lactated and it hit the mirror! It was so pumped that I had veins in my nipples! My gyno exploded and injured an innocent bystander. But seriously, what a PUMP! I am now bigger, leaner and HAPPIER than when I was competing and I am STILL DIETING STRICTLY! YES! The perfect world!
