We rocked legs yesterday and chest today. As you can see in my pics, the Cut Diet with Solution 5 and Xtend seems to be adding lean mass to my frame while I lose fat. I am up to 200lbs! But I am getting better and better daily and Rob is my objective witness.
I am now having a carb meal every 3rd day as I seem to be very flat. I am also doing a decent amount of cardio, up to 80 minutes of LI cardio per day to keep the blood flowing. My traveling is intense, but I will still get it done. This is how it is done!
