<p>3 sets of pullups: 13, 10, 8</p>
<p>5 sets of T-bar rows: 90 lb x 15, 105 lb x 8, 7, 7, 6</p>
<p>4 sets of barbel rows: 30 lb per side x 10, 8, 7, 7</p>
<p>2 sets of 12 reps on the upright row machine</p>
<p>3 sets of 1 arm rows: 55 lb x 7, 7, 6 (pyramid down to another 6 reps with 35 lb on last set)</p>
<p>today i finished off my workout with some weighted pullups.  Got 6 with a 20 lb dumbell between my feet.  First time i tried this&#8230;i like it <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />

Got up at 5:30 AM, ate breakfast (i&#8217;m doing a Keto diet):
2 eggs, 2 tbsp butter, spinach
Went boxing for an hour.

Then the trainer tells her that instead of walking on the treadmill for 1/2 an hour she should do a shorter, more intense workout and she started screaming that was bullshit. I know i shouldn&#8217;t have but I intervened and agreed with the trainer. Her response: &quot;what do you know? you&#8217;re a stupid 19 year old girl&quot; Ouch.</p>
<p>later this evening for lifting its a Chest and Abs day.
